Marchese PhD has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his extraordinary effort in the Education Industry. As a Professor of Ancient History and Archaeology at the University of Minnesota, as well as throughout his incredible 30 plus year career, Professor Marchese has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Ronald possesses exceptional expertise in ancient history and archaeology. He has done extensive research on the subjects throughout his professional career. Dr. Marchese is a Director of excavations in Greece, Israel and Turkey. He has participated in the survey of ancient sites and paleo-environmental reconstruction, human landscapes and population densities.
During his educational career, Dr. Marchese earned Bachelor's degrees in History and Anthropology from CSU Fresno and his Masters degree from NYU. He also earned his PhD from New York University. Dr. Marchese was the two time recipient of a senior research fellowship from Fullbright-Hays in 1985 and 1991. He has held over 77 university, academic and corporate grants in ethnography and archaeology. In the time away from his busy schedule, Ronald greatly enjoys stadium jumping, cross country riding and fencing.
