TIP amplifies the rapidly expanding body of experimental protein structural information found in the Protein Data Bank by generating high accuracy protein structural models across sequences found in Swiss-Prot, RefSeq, Ensembl, IPI, etc. Through iProtein, users can use the iPad's touch interface to interrogate the proteome by Sequence, Structure/Model, Site, Protein Family, and by co-complexed ligand structures.

iProtein for the iPad enhances the growing suite of Eidogen-Sertanty's iPhone and iPad applications which include iKinase, iKinasePro, iKinasePro for iOS4 (iPhone), and alternative medicine related apps iYoga108 and iYoga108 for the iPhone.
