BioScience Laboratories Announces Clinical Studies Capabilities for H1N1 Influenza

BioScience Laboratories has received approval from the Gallatin Institutional Review Board to test antiviral efficacy against H1N1 influenza A/Brisbane/59/2007, IVR-148 using healthy human subjects.

BOZEMAN, MT, October 01, 2009 /Science and Research PR News/ -- BioScience Laboratories has received approval from the Gallatin Institutional Review Board to test antiviral efficacy against H1N1 influenza A/Brisbane/59/2007, IVR-148 using healthy human subjects. These surrogate clinical trials will be conducted via ASTM E1838 (finger-pad method) and ASTM E2011 (whole hand method).

The combination of BioScience Laboratories' 18 years of clinical studies experience and its in-vitro virology laboratory that has tested over 50 products in 2009 for their efficacy against H1N1 provides a complete solution to product manufacturers for virucidal testing.
