Quasus develops "Total Lab Maturity Optimization" project supported by IWT
Quasus is supported by IWT for its "Total Lab Maturity Optimization" project. Quasus hereby develops a unique system for total support to laboratories.
ZAVENTEM, BELGIUM, August 01, 2009 /Science and Research PR News/ -- Since a few years, Quasus is offering flexible, customized solutions which are helping some prominent organizations in optimizing their quality and performances, going from small, isolated systems to more complex and covering systems. The solutions for testing, compliance, process optimization, strategic consultancy and training are applicable in many environments and in most domains. Quasus is constantly looking for the optimization of processes, tools and people and by consequence systematically delivering success.
Until recently, the domain of laboratories remained less exploit in the wide range of services Quasus is offering. A recent assessment in the laboratories environment clearly showed a high need for laboratory support. Given the very specific character of the laboratories environment, no other company offered any overall solution in optimizing the core & non-core activities and support of the covering duties for labs in relation to lab management, equipment management and IT management. Quasus is now the first to offer an overall solution by its "Total Lab Maturity Optimization" project.
In April 2009, Quasus started the first meetings with the Institution for Encouragement of Innovation by Science and Technology in Flanders (IWT).
The highly regulated and demanding laboratory environment should be able to support on some solid and efficient business flows, on a dynamic and lived through quality system, on reliable and preferment equipment, on experienced, polyvalent trained laboratory staff and on a reliable IT and data infrastructure.
Only when all of these criteria are covered, an ideal working environment can be obtained where the focus is not only on the core business but is also offering time and space for innovation.
Thanks to the "Total Lab Maturity Optimization" project and the IWT, Quasus will clear the way for the establishment of these criteria and all important innovations which come along.
