With seven years of professional experience, Ms. Kennedy excels in teaching science. Prior to attaining her position at Warm Springs Middle School, Ms. Kennedy served as an assistant retail manager and a substitute teacher. Her greatest professional accomplishment is having a student in her class want to become a science teacher. Ms. Kennedy is a certified biology and general science teacher and holds a Master of Science in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Slippery Rock University. Ms. Kennedy stays current with the trends in her profession by attending conferences and reading The Science Teacher, NEA Today and other industry-related publications.
